Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. When the weather is warm you have access to the most spectacular white sand beaches within minutes of the farm.

Sitting on the verandah and enjoying the tranquility sometimes briefly interrupted by the regular visiting pod of Dolphins and the resident Pelicans is pure bliss.
