Bunyah Creek Farm Nature Retreat

Relax with your partner, share a couple's experience, or bring the kids to this peaceful nature retreat. Our cottage is situated in a 3-acre compound with beautiful gardens, located within a 33-acre nature reserve. A haven for native fauna, we've identified over 130 species of birds on the property, and the grounds abound with wallabies, kangaroos, possums, bandicoots, goannas, echidnas, and lots of other native fauna, including our resident koalas. And at night, there is our fabulous night sky!

The Bower

Stunning views over the river and farmland, with the Lansdowne escarpment on the horizon. Direct access to the river via a rainforest track to a natural rock 'wharf' where you can relax. 7 minutes from the freeway. Short drive to the renowned mountain bike tracks in Kiwarrak. We enjoy an astounding range of bird life. Look at the stars, listen to the birds, relax.

Mill Pond Cabin: Boutique Vineyard Stay

Nestled in the outskirts of the wonderful NSW country town of Stroud, on a 15-acre boutique vineyard, protected beneath the escarpment of Peppers Mountain & bounded by pristine Mill Creek. Dark Horse provides stylish self-contained villa accommodation near forest and beaches on the stunning Barrington Coast, NSW. Set on our 10 acre farm on the site of an old dairy, we've built a unique one bedroom retreat including some of the original timbers to create an airy open plan space opening onto views of the small valley and paddocks, picking up the sea breezes. We're located just 8kms north of Nabiac on the Mid North Coast, just off the Pacific Highway. Forster is a 10 min drive.

Observatory View Cottage - a place of pure escape

Our cottage is a 2 bedroom, unique cottage, sitting atop a hill of 100 undulating acres and boasting views once enjoyed by the old observatory that stands beside it. The cottage is a 30-35 minute drive to the gorgeous Forster/Tuncurry so whilst enjoying the serenity of a rural property you also have pristine beaches so close - best of both worlds !! 10 mins to the quaint village of Nabiac, vintage shops, homewares, cafe, pub, pool, tennis court and wineries close by.

Gloucester River Getaway

Nestled in the bush along the Gloucester River you are guaranteed to feel immersed within nature! There are beautiful locations all around, spend the day in Gloucester, visit Altamira or just relax. With 500m of river frontage spend your time swimming, kayaking, fishing and catching a glimpse of the platypus. Enjoy meals inside or outside, at the bar table enjoying a view while you eat! Have a bath under the Stars and relax. Enjoy a drink around the Fire.

Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.

Lenoroc is a 101 acre (40 Ha) farm 15 minutes drive west of Wingham at Charity Creek on the road to Mount George. Your accommodation is in separate cottage, with Queen Bed in Bedroom 1, Two King Singles in Bedroom 2. Enjoy the swimming pool and gardens and see the Cattle grazing over the fence. Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching the cattle, and weird Guinea Fowl .
