A nice brightly furnished basement apartment only 2 min. from the 401. Beautiful backyard on the Moira River. Minutes from the Quinte Mall, Liquor store, Walmart, and restaurants. 5 min. to downtown The suite includes a queen bed, 3 piece bathroom, diningtable for 2, fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea kettle, convection oven, and toaster. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Welcome to our 1845 cobblestone home! Completely renovated and rebuilt with your comfort in mind. We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

Well equipped kitchen, with washer & dryer, living & dining room, with gas fireplace double bed sized bedroom and 3 piece bath (shower only) Unit is freshly painted, has additional queen size sofa bed, recliner, desk & large television. Although close to downtown, you can relax in the serene surroundings. We are a 25 minute drive to Picton and Wellington.

No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal, open May to Thanksgiving.
