With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
