Located in quiet residential area. Luxurious, spacious and very comfy. Open plan house with 6 bedrooms. 5 mins walk to the lake nearby, enjoy bird watching, fishing or jogging. Beach is about 15mins walk away. My Citi bus public transport close by. Great base to explore Cape Town. Battery and inverter been installed to cover the load shedding. Can support lights, TV and wifi, but won't support appliances that will use lots of electricity such as microwave oven, hairdryer, oven, etc.

The Loft is on the same premises as Foam House with a separate entrance from the parking area. The famous Blouberg beach and promenade is situated at the top of our road. Mieke’s Cottage offers a three bedroom self-catering cottage only 10 minutes’ drive from a number of vineyards in the Durbanville Wine Valley. It is a good base for people wishing to explore beyond Cape Town. We have some good news during load-shedding! You will be able to use the lights, WI-FI and TV!
