Located 5 min from Warsaw and a short distance from other area attractions, this spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and accommodates 15 guest. It comes with fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, TV, washer/dryers, bbq, covered deck, private drive w/carport. It also comes with free access to the boat ramp close by, kayaking and use of our private covered dock. Boat rental available.

Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our peaceful private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Justin's Timber Lake Retreat (81MM LOTO)

Relax with the whole family at Justin's Timberlake Retreat. Located in a quiet community near the 81mm of Lake of the Ozarks with its own private boat dock and 2 local boat ramps to launch from. 2 bedrooms 1 bath with an extra family room and beautiful screened in porch with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Hop in your boat and take a short ride to The Oar House, Shooters 81 or Bucknaked for some dinner and family entertainment! Downtown Warsaw is a quick 10 min drive away.

Escape to this cozy waterfront house just outside of Warsaw. Only 6 minutes from Walmart. Two full living areas, so there's space for everyone. Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Large living room, kitchen, dining and family room. Also large sunroom with plenty of seating. Patio area outside to enjoy!!

Gatliff Getaway is a waterfront property on a quiet cove off of the Osage Arm near Warsaw, MO. Located just a few blocks off hwy 65 and just mins from everything! This property offers large open floor plan, swimming dock, a place to dock your boat and the private community boat launch right next door!
