The SINGLE CLASSICA room, will give you the pleasure of a comfortable stay. Room for single use. The modern double bed will give you a comfortable sleep. The bathroom features a shower box, hairdryer and a courtesy set Bibione Thermae. Complimentary WiFi and Ultrafast Lan Internet, 32° LCD Tv, safe deposit box, minibar, coffee machine are standard features in this bedroom. The bedroom also provides an equipped private terrace where you can relax during your stay. I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

El Traghetto Ca' D'Oro

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!
