Serene fully-furnished 900 sq. ft. studio guest-suite 6 blocks up the hill from the beach, with 180 degree ocean-view, and 180 degree mountain and wilderness view from a private balcony. The guesthouse is artfully decorated, and is quiet. Our whole neighborhood is affluent and beautiful with plenty of beaches to explore. It is the perfect place to stay and visit remote Big Sur to the south, but also be close to the incredible restaurants & shops in Carmel. Our guests prefer a no pets policy.

An oasis on a private retreat

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

This storybook Vineyard House is set on a working boutique vineyard. It has been converted into a beautiful countryside escape overlooking the Pastures of Heaven. The stocked kitchen and BBQ have everything you need to make a gourmet meal to pair with your complimentary bottle of estate wine. Enjoy the fire pit above the rear patio overlooking the upper vineyard, enjoy with wine while watching grapes grow! This gorgeous villa is secluded while still close enough to hop into Monterey or Carmel.

It is comfortable for any type of visitor to the Monterey Peninsula - 2 families or group of friends stay comfortably. The master bed has en suite bathroom & is separated from 3 other bedrooms & 2 other bathrooms by a large living room. House is quiet & relaxing. It's cozy in the winter with its wood burning stove and gas fireplace & fun in summer with a sun-scaped deck to hang out on warm summer nights!

Carmel Rustic Cabin Like a Treehouse + Dog

Stay in our Carmel Rustic Cabin along with your dogs (see dog fee below) while shopping, visiting local wineries and restaurants or just walking your dog off-leash along Carmel's white sandy beach. Hidden in the woods, our rustic cabin is like a treehouse with all the amenities and minutes from downtown and the beaches. FYI the coast drive is now accessible between here and LA, but may be shut down during stormy weather, so be sure to follow local weather reports or just call Caltrans.

Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

You can watch dolphins and whales from the comfort of the kitchen table. Beautiful sunsets are a daily occurrence. This house is great for a large family or 2 smaller families.

Zen feeling at ‘Life is Good’, a treehouse overlooking Hitchcock Canyon:) Our driveway is long and steep! Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.
