The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

This is a self contained 1 bedroomed suite with separate entrance on the ground level of a modern home. Fitted out to a high standard with large lounge with single daybed, fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee plunger and toaster. A separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and one bathroom. Parking outside suite (no turnaround) or street. Public transport 5 minutes away or 8 minutes by car to the central city. Ferry service to the viaduct harbour, Wine Bar, cinema, and restaurants nearby.

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area.
