Welcome to this beautiful and inspired mountain home. Located in a quiet spot in Black Mountain, NC, this home is the definition of quiet luxury. Bordered on two sides of the house by wooded areas, sit on the second story balcony and enjoy birds singing. We are located approximately a 10 min walk from Lake Tomahawk and a 15-20 min walk to the edge of downtown Black Mountain (pace dependent). Asheville is about a 18 min drive. Fenced yard for kids and pups. Up to two pups welcome with a $75 fee.

The location finds you just seven miles from Asheville, five to Black Mountain, and three miles from Warren Wilson College. You are close to hiking trails, local breweries and an eclectic choice of Asheville eateries. Biltmore Estate is 20 minutes away. For longer visits there are nearby grocery and pharmacies.

Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Escape to the mountains and a cozy stay at our rustic Lucky Penny House located in a small neighborhood 1.3 miles from downtown Black Mountain. We've lovingly restored this 100+ year-old home with an updated bathroom, full kitchen and 2 comfy bedrooms, but kept its woodsy charm. Relax in the bright sunroom, on the screened back porch or watch TV in the comfy great room. Close to Asheville, local tourist attractions and all the outdoor activities the Blue Ridge Mtns. have to offer.

Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

New construction with modern appliances and lots of amenities. We’re located just two short blocks from Lake Tomahawk where you can walk around the lake, play tennis, or just sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. There is also a nice park for kids. It is about a ten minute walk from our house to downtown Black Mountain and 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. Uber is available in the area. There is ample space for parking.
