Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. At day's end, perhaps after a sit in our shared sauna, climb into the cozy loft bed for a restful night's sleep.

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).

Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)

The cabin is easily accessed year round by any vehicle, and is only ten minutes from downtown Stevensville, a wonderful community.
