Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

This flat is separate from the house, is cosy safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay in the area. Whether it be sitting and relaxing on the deck with a wine and book, this flat is the perfect place for you. Fast unlimited WiFi and Smart TV . Full kitchen operation , breakfast not included.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Kingston Beach Studio - Spectacular Water Views

Perched over Kingston Beach, this beautiful, self-contained studio has fabulous views over Kingston Beach and the Tasman Peninsula. Absorb the sunrise from your king sized bed before exploring the sights of Hobart, a ten minute drive, or the various destinations in Southern Tasmania. The studio is attached to the host's home and although you will have complete privacy, we are on site if you need anything during your stay. Parking is available on site.
