Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

There are many authentic restaurants and Grand Avenue shopping nearby. Bring your dog(s) and let them play in the privately fenced in backyard! The apartment is part of a 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacious, kitchen, newly renovated, amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, large yard, wonderful back porch, great book selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off-street parking—local art on walls. We live upstairs in a separate unit, and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
