Home Farm Cabin is a comfortable retreat that has been constructed from timber milled on the property. There are sweeping valley views of native bushland. It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. During our guests stay they can melt their cares away in our custom built wood fired bath tub, looking at the beautiful sunset or stars above. Originally a 2 room miners cottage from around the end of the gold rush, the cottage now has open kitchen and living areas, slow combustion fireplace, A/C, lots of places to relax, read or work and 2 bedrooms. Our clean, modern cabin is situated in gorgeous bushland, near the Conmurra Homestead & just 15 mins from Bathurst.
