Tipi amenities includes a handmade King bed with a 12" mattress and Dining table & benches, double futon with 8" mattress, whiskey barrel sink, 3.4 cu ft refrigerator, floor A/C unit and 2 space heaters, 3 nightstands, hanging antler chandelier, compost toilet, outhouse, fire pit (Wood bundles can be purchased at either the Ingles grocery store of the Caney Fork general store for approx. $5.99 per bundle), 2 person hammock and outdoor shower and gas grill. Kayaks rent for $30 each for 3-4 hrs.

Reconnect with nature in this 1 bedroom luxury safari tent! The “Jammer” comes with a queen bed, bathroom with toilet and vanity, a kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, electric burner, sink, and coffee bar. You will also have full use of the luxurious bath house and pavilion. The “Jammer” is one of 9 total rental units on Glamping Retro property, which totals 16 acres. Glamping Retro sits on the TN/NC state line, and backs up to the Pisgah National Forest. The AT is 1.4 miles from us!

Step into the magical Tipi. Our authentic Sioux-style tipi was handcrafted by a small group of artisans. Gaze up to view the lodgepole pine tipi poles as they interweave each other to hold up the organic canvas hand painted by a Native American person. Listen to the sounds of the waterfall and meandering creek located beside the tipi. Sit outside and sip fresh brewed coffee from your private coffee maker. Relax on the Queen sized pillow top bed adorned with organic cotton sheets

Our treetop tipi is a 1 of a kind experience you will not soon forget! Take a short nature walk up to the roughly 400 sf tipi decked out in woodsy cabin decor. With 3 comfy beds don't forget your friends! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! TeePee Village beneath Bean Mountain & Cherokee National Forest Benton Tn. Between Ocoee (Whitewater Rafting) & Hiwassee (Trophy Trout) Rivers. OCOEE River the site 1996 Olympic Kayaking, Whitewater rafting Hiwassee river is a lot milder family friendly to float on their own tubing canoeing and rafting. The Appalachian hiking to Benton Falls swimming at Lake McKamy or Parksville Lake scenic overlooks. This is National Forest. WIld ANIMALS in the area, but hardly seen.

River-View Wagon Glamping- The Swamp Rose

Relax in one of our cozy covered wagons, located on the banks of the beautiful upper Cape Fear River. We’re on the river AND in-town, so shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities are just moments away. Each wagon has a King bed and 2 bunkbeds, electricity, AC/heat, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Stand-alone bathhouse with toilets, sinks and showers. Community firepit with custom-built stone patio and grilling area are centrally located on the property.
