Set on a protea farm in the heart of the Cradle of Humankind, Alto Cabin provides tranquil and relaxing accommodation for up to 4 people in a self catering log cabin. Guests have the option of either unwinding and enjoying the spectacular views from the cabin; visit the many fossil sights and museums in the area; embark on a 4x4 trail nearby or enjoy a horseback safari through the neighbouring reserve on one of our guided horse trails, suitable for the beginner or the more experienced rider.

The Irene Link shopping centre is a mere 2km away whilst the famous Irene Dairy Farm which was established in 1906 is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The loft offers one queen size bed, an open kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, all cooking utilities. There is a comfortable seating area, a large desk, cupboards, books, and yoga mats. Puzzlebush Farmstay is ideal for guests looking for a farm experience with lush trees and rich birdlife. The farm has chickens, bushbuck and impala, making it ideal for families with children to enjoy, however, children should not be left unattended (refer to the rules and regulations) Mountain bicycles and hiking boots can be packed to enjoy the little trails on the farm. Guests will also be unaffected by loadshedding as everything is on solar and gas power.
