On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. The apartment has everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Welcome to Quinn’s treehouse. We are located on a 500 acre working maple syrup farm at the base of Robbins Mountain. There are endless outdoor opportunities. Hiking, biking, boating, swimming and skiing are right outside the door. The treehouse abuts Camels Hump State Forest, however is close to local shops, dining and the interstate for easy travel. Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes, and goats, hens, ducks, geese and dogs.
