Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Cozy Country Cottage located just off the Confederation Bridge. Great Ocean View....Enjoy breath taking Sunsets on the Deck or in the new 12x12 "screened in" Gazebo and enjoy warm summer evenings by the Fire pit. Family friendly accommodations in a newly renovated 1000 sq foot Air conditioned farmhouse apartment. You have your own private entrance and your own private back deck. Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local artisan shops.
