Elegantly decorated and newly renovated, we have retain the architectural details that make old house interesting and beautiful, like old pavement, chemine, roof "A la francaise"... Description : On the ground floor the living room with kitchenette ,bathroom On the first floora large bedroom with king size bed a desk and sunny balcony ,We can provide you bikes to join the center by "velo route" or you can join the oldcity center by bus (5mn walk) Free wifi and parking Animal friendly (on request) We are is strongly involved in sustainable development. This house has been renovated using as much as possible the original materials and techniques. Insulation has been made with hemp, woodwork were custom built by a local craftman, and painting are water based. Rooms are equipped with slatted beds, mattresses, pillows made from natural and renewable components in bamboo, soya, wool, linen and natural latex (rubber tree resin) certified Max Havelaar. Sheets and towels are made of organic cotton. At least, all cleaning and washing products are as muvh as possible organic. Rooms are cleaned only with steam, soap from Marseille (very famous natural and traditional french cleaning product), black soap, vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. Gardens are conceived and maintained without any chemical products, only organic treatments are provided.

Caché entre les érables et les bambous, le gite en chataigner est situé juste au bord d'un plan d'eau de 700m2. Entrée privée, parking attenant et gratuit, sans vis a vis avec le reste du domaine qui se compose sur 30 000m2 d'une petite écurie privé, d'un petit chalet et de notre habitation. Idéalement situé à 5min de Nevers et entouré de 1500ha de foret domaniale des Amognes directement accessible a pied. Le calme et la nature prédominent dans ce lieu préservé en dehors du temps.

L'Hors Du Temps

Idéalement situé entre Franche-Comté et Bourgogne, appartement en duplex, comprenant une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain, des toilettes sèches, un salon et une chambre à coucher. Ce logement est situé dans une maison individuelle, entourée d’une propriété d´1,5 hectare, en bord de rivière . Si vous aimez la nature, les grands espaces et la tranquillité de la campagne, n’hésitez plus... Les animaux sont les bienvenus, possibilité d’hébergement et de pâture pour chevaux et Anes.
