The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

Mansfield Park is located in Bowral just 10minutes from the town centre and very close to Milton Park and Ngununggula Regional Art Gallery. Perfect location for a family or two couples. Please note there are no additional cooking or laundry facilities. While the space is joined to the main house, guests have their own private entrance.
