Apartment Mouette is set in Poreč, the city center is 1.4 km from the apartment (20 minutes walk), 1.9 km from the Euphrasian Basilica, 1.6 km from the bus station, 900 m from Žatika Sport Center, 1.8 km from Parentino Beach and 4.2 km from Aquacolours Poreč Aquapark. Just 300 m away is Agrolaguna Festigia Taste&Shop where you can taste and buy local wine, olive oil, cheeses and other products. The Plodine retail chain is 550m away, McDonald's 800m away, Galerija Poreč shopping center 1km away.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Distance from bigger towns (Poreč ) is around 5km. There are parking places behind the house.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
