Welcome to the BayView Tower in the Illahee Manor Estates - An extraordinary tower studio with old world charm, nestled on the edge of the picturesque Puget Sound in Bremerton, Washington. Prepare to embark on a one-of-a-kind vacation experience in this enchanting retreat that offers beautiful views, high end design, kitchenette, large jetted soaking tub, and beach access with kayaks and stand up paddle board! The studio is the upper unit in an attached large house (there are no shared spaces.)

The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. The Rockland Woods Lodge, Lake & Land

Originally built in 1973, the Rockland Woods Lodge was given a rustic-modern refresh in 2018. Located on a quiet, old growth 20-acre property, it overlooks peaceful Mission Lake and the Olympic Mountains—all just a scenic 60-minute ferry ride from Seattle. We host 10 to 20 artists-in-residence free of charge twice a year. Your rental for a retreat, reunion, workshop, or wedding directly supports this mission. Thanks for helping us support artists!

The Log House at Leaning Tree Beach

Located just south of Silverdale, this peaceful log cabin can be yours for the evening. Literally steps from the Puget Sound, you will sleep like a baby listening to the sound of the ocean waves and breeze through your window. Conveniently 10 minutes to the Bremerton/ Seattle ferry, and close to hiking trails and recreation in the Olympic Mountains. We have local recommendations available, and mooring options for boats.

Gram's Waterfront Cottage (in Manette)

Incredible waterfront escape for 2 adults. Quaint cottage a few dozen feet from the water's no bank beach. Watch the boat traffic, State ferries, wildlife or the occasional whale. Enjoy the front porch watching the sunrise or sunsets. Less than 5 min walk to historic Manette where you will find restaurants, shopping & entertainment.
