Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Historic, unique, tasteful and serene - the Edward Tyler house, ca. 1783, is a stone cabin 20 minutes SE of Louisville on 13 acre estate. Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

A seasonal creek across from the house can be heard giving the impression of a cabin in the woods with privacy and seclusion, with the convenience of city living at your fingertips. There is also a beautiful park steps away from the house.

Take in nature, as you’re surrounded by trees, near our sweet chicken coop and a creek that flows down from the deck - all while only 10min from town. Special touches were added of Kentucky Derby photos, books, kitchenware, Bourbon Trail glasses and bourbon barrel heads with local distilleries. The dining table top is even made of wood from Shelby County’s own Bulleit Distilling Company.

The City Cottage is for you! (Three night minimum during Derby time.)

Welcome to the Squirrel's Nest where you can relax and enjoy the country! Only 5 mins from historic downtown LaGrange, 20 mins from Louisville-home of the Kentucky Derby and next door is the FRP-LaGrange Quarry water park. The back patio overlooks the woods where you can watch deer, turkey & the squirrels play! The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second & third bedrooms have full beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. No pets. No parties, no events.

This suite is a beautiful private retreat complete with a projector for watching your favorite streaming service for the ultimate movie night. Centrally located and within 10-20 minutes of numerous local hospitals, universities, as well as various restaurants and downtown destinations, our guest suite offers a peaceful retreat in a convenient and safe location. We also provide a fold out desk that guests can use for a remote work space if desired.

Our “unit” is a great place to stay. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood with beautiful historic setting, cozy, safe and quiet. Short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, coffee houses. Majestic trees line properties and homes. Downtown & NULU 4 miles. Churchill Downs 10 miles, University of Louisville is 13 miles away. Golf & swim center .25 miles this. property is duplex. Very separate accommodations! Private!

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....

HIghlands Modern Get Away

Ideal, quiet place in the highlands. You have the apartment over the garage. You'll have a place all to yourself with most the amenities of your own home. Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.

Nestled on an expansive 80 acre horse farm, the cottage is the perfect escape. Hike the 30+ acres of woods that boast a creek and waterfall.
