Stay inside cozied up by the fireplace and enjoy all the amenities you would have at home; Or take it outside and relax along the lake side! Enjoy the beach sand in the summer months, get on the water with the kayaks provided or cozy up under the stars by the bonfire or outdoor propane fire. Winter time? Enjoy ice fishing on our lake or any of the local lakes near by. You and your family will be relaxed when staying at Tranquil Waters!

Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

Custom built home on Hess Lake with incredible sunset views and lots of amenities! Property provides: -Kayaks -Standup paddle boards -Magic carpet for kids -Grill with natural gas -Hot tub with view of the lake (Operation Hours between 7 am and 11 pm) -Steam shower -Sand box -Electronic dart board -Pool table -Fire pit -Gas fireplace -Boathouse with party area *Pontoon boat available to rent for $350/day OR $750 for 3 days. Jack Jr.-a little place in the woods

Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Join us at this tranquil retreat perfect for couples or small families. A wonderful escape in any season. With a sandy bottom & clean water, this 60 acre all-sport lake is a wonderful spot to paddleboard, kayak, fish, boat or just sit, rest & read. Gradual depth increase & no drop-off. There are 2 public launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Hidden Fall Retreat Lake, Fire Pit & 6 Kayaks

When the leaves turn and the lake goes quiet, this is where you want to be. Rumored to have once been a secret hideaway for well-dressed Chicago visitors who preferred their privacy — Always Hart Lake is a hidden fall retreat on Hart Lake surrounded by forest. Private beach, 6 kayaks, fire pit, and pure peace. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7. Just 20 minutes from Muskegon. Some places are easy to visit. This is one you won't forget.

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
