The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. We are Graham and Shizuka, our two daughters and our sociable Persian cat Saffy. We are offering a comfortable double room with its own entrance in our detached house in a quiet road on the outskirts of Lewes. There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
