Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Located in a wooded lot on my family farm of over 100 years. Within walking distance of hundreds of acres of state game lands and just a short drive to 3 different state parks ( Clear Creek, Parker Dam, And Cook Forest). Relax on the spacious porch , around the fire pit, or in the cabin with Netflix and other streaming apps on one of two flat screen TV's.

Creekside Cabin has all the modern amenities you want in a secluded location that's convenient to everything Cook Forest and the Clarion River have to offer. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
