You're a 3 block walk to the Arkansas River and less than a mile to the Surf Hotel. Close to hiking, biking trails and a short drive to The Princeton hot springs. You will love the cute fenced in yard and back patio under the shade of a mature tree. If you travel with your pet a single dog is permitted.

Get some things done at the loft’s desks before hitting the rapids with KODI Rafting, riding ATVs through the trails with Collegiate Peaks Off-Road, or just watching the sun dip behind the mountains from the patio.

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.
