The apartment Balat2 is in a recently renovated, historic home. It is one open space with a double bed (Futon-Style), and a sliding door separetes a bedroom with a standard double bed / there is one with bath + wc and other one shower- A small kitchenette, which is sufficient to prepare small meals, tea & coffee. The communal roof terrace offers beautiful views of Istanbul, the neighborhood and the Golden Horn. It is a wonderful place to relax. There is another communal Turkish-style chill-out zone in the house. The apartment Balat2 is ideal for 2 persons or a small group of 4 cherful and friendly guests :)) The apartment is located in a historic house in the neighborhood of 'Balat'. Balat district was the home of the Greek Orthodox and Jewish communities in Istanbul. Many Greek churches and synagogues in the area tell stories of former neighbors. Nowadays Balat is a very charming, traditional and authentic neighborhood, where visitors can still get to know the 'Old Istanbul'. It is a safe area. There are food shops, small restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and a post office very close to the apartment. It only takes two minutes to walk to the charming Golden Horn ('Halic'). The 'Eminonu' district is nearby. And the historical district 'Sultanahmet' and the lively "Taksim" are both just a short bus ride away. Mustafa, our angel for everything also lives in the building. He speaks Turkish only, but he is always happy to help and assist you. He will provide you with information about the apartment and also looks after everything. English, German and Turkish are spoken.

Pensiunea SilvAnka - Gemini Room 1

The Gemini 1 room, is in the west wing of the Villa and has only its twin the Gemini Room 2 beside it. A very quiet area of the house, this taste fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a small balcony which overlooks the apple, cherry and peach orchard is great for relaxing. Penisuea SilvAnka is a traditional stone and tile Villa and provides a safe, clean and luxurious base to explore the surrounding area which is seeped in history.

Loukoulos' Blue maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.
