"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

If you are looking for solitude, you found it here. Just an hour south of Bangor, 45 minutes for Belfast on the coast, 20 minutes from Waterville. Your cabin is central to some of the best destinations Maine has to offer. If you are in town for the fishing, Unity pond is 10 minutes away. Your cabin has a full bath, and sleeps up to 6 in its two private bedrooms and open loft. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and an electric tea kettle.

The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.
