You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? Closed Circuit TV monitors the front driveway and pathway. No other monitors are applicable to the Airbnb space.

Situated in the Bribie passage with a population of just 1000 people it really is the ideal place to unwind and relax. "Huxley" is a gorgeous renovated 60`s beach shack just 7 houses from the water. You will have the entire house and lockup shed to yourself. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with Netflix and a large covered deck with BBQ perfect for the afternoon drink.
