This apartment is in the “La Reserva de Tarifa” residential area, in the upper part of Tarifa. From here, it is a 10 minutes’ walk into the old town, and around 15 minutes to the beach. The apartment counts with a private garden that has the fortunate characteristic of being completely sheltered from the levante (eastern) wind. Perfect to enjoy a barbecue, have a siesta on the sunbeds or play some ball with the kids.<br><br>There is an communal pool with views!<br><br>A maximum of 5 adult guests is allowed<br><br>You like the comforts of an apartment, but you also enjoy being outdoors, then this is the perfect place for you. The private garden is enclosed by a reed fence for a peaceful outdoor experience with maximum privacy.<br><br>The area is very quiet, but if you feel like enjoying the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can walk downhill and be in the old town in less than 10 minutes. It takes about the same time to reach the beach.<br><br>With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very spacious kitchen, this is the ideal home to enjoy with family or a group of friends. You will feel better than in your own home.<br><br>The development features an infinity pool with spectacular views of the Strait of Gibraltar and Morocco.<br><br>Finally, you don't need to take the car for your grocery. There is a Lidl supermarket about 100 meters from the building.<br><br>You don't need to worry about your car, as the apartment has a closed garage with private parking space below the building. You can leave your kite or windsurf gear in the car, ready to ride the levante the next day!<br><br>The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It is at the edge of Tarifa town, with the advantage of only being 10 minutes’ walk away from the old part. From the apartment, you can go straight into the countryside, into the area of "El Olivar" where there is a little river. Very near, you can also find beautiful walking tracks that take you to the eastern coastal area of Tarifa with spectacular views towards the Jebel Musa Mountain in Maroc. If you prefer the long Sand beaches on the west side, it will take you about 15 minutes walking. For convenience, there is a Lidl supermarket at only 500 meters from the building.<br><br>As the place is close to the eastern entrance of Tarifa, from here you drive straight onto the N340. It means you get to the best kite and windsurf beaches in a matter of minutes, avoiding the traffic jams (in summer) of the west exit/entrance.<br><br>Important notes<br><br>The swimming pool is seasonal and is usually open from May to October.<br><br>By booking this accommodation, the guest agrees to complete the mandatory online registration required by Spanish law before the key handover.

El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La tranquilidad de la plaza contrasta con la alegría de los restaurantes de las calles Sopranis y Plocia, y del Ayuntamiento. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Existe aparcamiento subterráneo en la plaza del Ayuntamiento a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento está situado en la ruta turística número 1. En Av Astilleros y Av Bahía es gratis, desde allí hay buen transporte público para llegar al apartamento, líneas bus , 2,3, 5.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.
