The apartment is located in a calm and secure residential building, on a third floor with no elevator (although the stairs are wide and easy to go up/down) and prepared to meet the needs of guests. In addition to the magnificent sea and mountains view, it is very well located. On foot it is approx. 6 minutes from Parque Atlântico Shopping Center with restaurants, supermaket, cinema,stores, Pharmacy, Hospital and 15 minutes wlaking from downtown Portas da Cidade and Portas do Mar.
