Enjoy an open floor plan downstairs that includes a kitchen area, bathroom and living room with sleeper sofa! Upstairs is a spacious loft that includes a queen size bed.

Cozy two story home located on the beautiful Chipola River in Altha, FL. Perfect for a day of tubing and kayaking down the river, or relaxing in the Florida sun on the balcony while enjoying nature. A boat can be docked here, and you can fish right off the dock as well! You can call Chipola River Outfitters for all your tubing and kayaking needs. Just a few miles away is Marianna Caverns. Take the time to explore this wonderful site. Seminole fans are welcome!

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Forty-five minutes from both: Panama City & Tallahassee, plus, near the Dothan, Alabama Peanut Festival, which is huge. Back down Church Street you will find Cash Saver Grocery store serve a EXCEPTIONAL, reasonably-priced breakfast buffet, plus a yummy lunch buffet. (Must try the potato logs😇).
