This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Nestle into this cozy, one bedroom condo in The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. This retreat boasts easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Villages Trail behind the condo building (weather permitting). What makes this condo special is the private entrance, large living space, a bedroom with king bed, a full kitchen, and a balcony. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.

In the fall, enjoy the beautiful autumn colors for which the Laurel Highlands are famous. There are numerous shopping and dining options within 20 minutes. We welcome extended stays!

It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10)
