Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. We hope that you can experience such fun and quiet time in our cozy, western-style bunk room. Located only a 10 minute drive from downtown Stowe.

NOTE: Minimum age of 25 years required to rent our house and to be a guest here. Children traveling with parents are exempt from this age requirement. Exceptions made on a case by case basis. Beautiful, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom home in the heart of Smuggler's Notch area with views of the mountains. Less than 4 miles to Smugglers Notch Resort and 1 mile from the Wedding Barn. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. We take pride in our Cabins and want you to enjoy all that Vermont has to offer while relaxing and taking in the tranquility of this property. * 10 minutes from Smugglers Notch Ski Resort (Stowe is 50 minutes away in winter) *our property allows for walking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and a playground. * 3 cottages on the property it is perfect for families to rent all 3 for reunions or weddings. **nightly rate is based on 4 people each additional person is $25

There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!
