It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Cozy Cabin In The Country 102

Kick back and relax in this peaceful cabin situated outside the city of Waco in the countryside. Sit on the porch and sip coffee while listening to birds chirp and sing. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.

Oso Condo - Walk To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.
