The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. The rooms, completely restored, keep barrel and cross vaults of the ancient architecture. The charming house can host up to 8 people; has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a terrace with sofa, a big table and some sunbeds. Tyled with fine ceramics, it has all the comforts. Very easy private parking.

aLone Amalfi
