The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

La Palombara is located in Vico Equense about 1 km from the center and it is the home of a typical family of the Sorrento coast where a lot of hospitality and cordiality dominate. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. There is a double bed, sofa bed, safe, kitchenette, air conditioning, private bathroom, sea view balcony and private entrance. You can see and hear the sea near by more. It's wonderful..

The apartments of Villa Ambra are part of a villa up at the top of Positano, at the beginning of the town in the neighbourhood called Chiesa Nuova, a residential area of Positano. The apartments are close to the main road not far from the town-hall of Positano and close to the grocery butcher and fish market shop. It features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, one large living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully furnished spacious kitchen. The Villa is located in the heart of Positano, only one minute away from the main beach easily reachable through the steps.
