Sur une propriété privée de plus de 3ha, comprenant notre maison d'habitation ainsi qu'une petite écurie, le chalet de 35m2 est directement au bord un plan d'eau de 700m2 et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Il se compose d’ une salle de douche, d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon salle à manger, d'une chambre avec un lit queen size et d'une mezzanine avec deux lits de 90. Vous disposerez d'un immense espace jardin aménagé au bord de l'eau et d un poêle à bois pour les soirées plus fraîches.

Cabane de berger en pleine nature

Cette cabane en pierre a été reconstruite sur des vestiges d'une ancienne cabane de Berger. Elle est située au milieu d'une prairie mais accessible en voiture via un chemin blanc. Il n'y a ni électricité ni eau courante. Le côté cuisine comprend une gazinière, un évier où arrive de l'eau de pluie pour la vaisselle. Nous mettons à disposition un jerrican de 10L d'eau potable. Une douche extérieur solaire est présente sinon la toilette se fait au gant. Toilette sèche à l'extérieur de la cabane.

The Dove House at the Wandering Snail

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.

Hexagonal Tower for 2 with pool, Burgundy

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. Chalet bois pleine campagne à Pontigny

"Le chant du pré" est un Chalet en bois avec terrasse couverte. Un écrin de tranquillité au milieu d'un terrain de plus 3000 m2 où gambadent nos poules en toute liberté (non visibles en hiver et par mauvais temps) Nous nous situons à 400 mètres de l' Abbaye cistercienne. Possibilité de louer des vélos électriques sur chablis pour de très belles balades dans la campagne, la forêt et le vignoble. Nous proposons avec supplément une décoration romantique avec champagne.

Le bruit de l'eau. Le chant des oiseaux. Immersion en forêt dans un coin de paradis au bord d’une rivière avec tout le confort moderne (salle de bain, wc). Pour compléter ce cadre idyllique, vous trouverez sur place des jeux d'extérieur (pétanque, badminton), hamac, kayak et barbecue. Roulotte WA propose, en sus, thé, café, chips (offert) et Champagne Local en supplément. Possibilité de louer une deuxième roulotte avec cuisine (4 personnes + 2 enfants).
