You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as covered front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.
