Designed specifically for Airbnb guests visiting the Youngstown Area, this warm and cozy smart-home with comfortable beds, black-out curtains, security measures, & modern features is a perfect fit for almost everyone. Professionals on business will find a quiet & effective work station (i.e. mesh wifi, printer, etc). Families with babies or dogs will have the amenities they need (i.e. pack & play, kennel, etc). The 80 is exceptionally clean—every linen, including the comforter, is freshly laundered for each guest, so you can rest comfortably. Sleeps up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, and a finished game room *No pets allowed to maintain an allergy-friendly home. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and cancellation of your reservation. Guests with service animals must notify us before arrival and may not be left unattended.

The Yellow Farmhouse

This main part of this house was built around the early 1900s. It hasn't had major updates since the 1960s. As such, it comes with some expected quirks. Our goal has been to make this older farmhouse a place of refreshment and rest, providing the basic amenities modern guests have come to expect, while maintaining an atmosphere of days gone by. We hope our guests feel welcome and at peace during their stay with us.
