This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

Conveniently located under 2 miles from EXIT 108 on I-5 at the very end of a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood. 600-square feet and lots of natural light and tall ceilings. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
