Returning from Alberta to our Maritime roots, we built a rustic home we like to share. On our hilltop, we offer a great water view and grazing horses plus a full breakfast! We are a few km. off Hwy 104 (Exit #38) about half way from Halifax to Sydney, (2 hr from Hfx Airport) just west of the Canso Causeway. A 2 hr drives takes you to the Nfld ferry. We have 2 suites - each with a private entry (flat access) so guests can come and go at their leisure -go for a walk or visit Cape Jack Beach.

Casa Bonita is a beautiful treasure located 800 ft off of the main Street, .Surrounded by the beauty of mountains behind you , Cabot trail to the side, ocean view in front and golf course on other side .Although the private guest bedroom is located in the lower level ,you also have the freedom of enjoying the wrap around deck for lounging and basking in the sunshine or taking in the breathtaking scenery and sunset while enjoying a night cap.Casa Bonita is located very close to all amenities.

Quiet and comfy, our space gives you ample room to relax on your travels. Private entrance, large bedroom with queen size bed, new bedding and mattress, TV lounge room, and spacious private bathroom. Breakfast will be Continental style. You will be provided your breakfast which you can heat.We are 10mins from a sand beach, restaurants 60kms from the Cabot Trail. We are a 10min. Walk from a Sandy beach, short drive , to great restaurants. We are NOT pet friendly except for service dogs.

Ainslie Glen Air BnB

It is Very quiet here. There is an organic garden, and a lovely brook to enjoy. Lake Ainslie and the Bras D'Or Lake are just minutes away. Inverness Beach is a half an hour. A wheel chair ramp, 36 inch doors on the back entrance, and the En Suite bathroom has a roll-in shower, though the private entrance has 4 steps. The many large trees invite a walk or just sit and enjoy their beauty. I share the house with a dog and two cats, but like me, they spend much of their time outdoors.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Apartment is well suited for 2 couples, a small family or solo travelers. We cannot allow pets in our Airbnb…we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. The Green Chalet at Cabot Shores

It’s big enough for eight people and has a full kitchen, dining and sitting area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a covered deck, fire pit, and picnic table. There’s a wood stove for colder months. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the large open room upstairs has a king and three twin beds. A futon is in the living room. Linens, towels, and soap provided. You can bring your dog for $15 a night. A large hot tub is also available on your deck.
