The rental includes an enclosed front porch with wrap around windows , has 2 separate living units and 3 flatscreen Roku TV's with Internet. There is a pool table and a screened in porch. 2 Queen beds,2 Full beds. Beautiful knotty pine walls. Private street with a private community dock. The end of the dock faces west to capture breathtaking sunsets.

Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

Sea the Lake - ocean view from the front and lake view from the back! Easy access to the ocean via public access 1/2 block on either side of the condo. Across the street there is a park with a fresh water lake and a greenway. The heart of town and boardwalk are a short walk away. Sea the Lake is a cozy 1 bedroom condo with bunks in the hall. The kitchen has granite countertops and the living area is comfortably appointed. Enjoy sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the lake!

The lakeside cottage welcomes you to fishing and swimming its spring-fed 9-acre, very clear waters. Enjoy relaxing between activities with easy access wi-fi or tv. If you are traveling to the area for equine competition, horse boarding is available.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
