BR has comfy futon, sofa bed & privacy curtain. TV rm has new sofa bed, big TV, games for all ages. 2nd FL: king BR w/ half-bath, 2nd BR & big full bath with tub and sep shower. Outside deck with furniture.

Please also note: this is a second floor unit above two VERY BUSY businesses (hot dog stand/clothing) Last note:once you park your car, you will have a designated parking spot about 3 blocks away (or you can choose to pay the meter and keep it closer). When we lived here, we parked our cars blocks away. You are on the two most popular streets in town…Jackson and Beach. We lived here for years. It truly is the best location in town.

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.
