Slide open the wall-to-wall windows to enjoy the fresh sea breeze & side ocean view in the morning. This ideally located apartment with snappy wifi speed has been stylishly appointed with an open-plan design enhancing the light & bright feel perfect for remote work or a holiday getaway. The quiet bedroom has a large king bed while the sofa pulls-out into a comfy queen bed in the living room. Longer bookings usually include at least one cleaning per week to freshen-up the apartment for you. Relax, explore, rinse, repeat! Recently renovated and stylishly appointed with open plan kitchen/lounge that feels bright and spacious (62m^2). The apartment is positioned on the side of a beachfront building, providing seaside tranquility, away from the road noise. Open the wall-to-wall windows to smell the fresh sea air! The bedroom is cozy and quiet, featuring a king size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets…a touch of luxury to ensure a good night’s rest after a day of exploring Cape Town. The sofa in the lounge also converts into a comfy queen bed with dimensions 203cm x 152cm (6.5 ft x 5 ft). The kitchen is large and fully-equipped, with an adjoining breakfast bar counter that can be used for food prep, a quick snack or as a workspace. There is one full bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, and a second guest bathroom, with a toilet and sink. The building complex does not have a pool, but the Sea Point Public Pool is across the road (entrance R22 for adults R11 for children). Not your average municipal pool, the Sea Point Pool complex sits right above the seawall and includes multiple saltwater pools, diving boards and an expansive lawn for soaking up the sun. Guests have access to the entire apartment and one permanently allocated secure parking bay. We respect our guest’s privacy, but are happy to answer any questions or provide suggestions on things to see/do. We live close by, should an issue or emergency arise. Sea Point is a vibrant upmarket oceanfront community that has experienced a revival in recent years, with trendy shops, coworking options, and restaurants adding to the hip-but-relaxed urban oceanfront vibe. There is a wide range of amenities within walking distance including coffee shops with fast wifi and shared office spaces. The unit includes secure gated parking for one car, and Ubers are widely available. You can also explore Cape Town via the MyCiti bus, which has an extensive route network. There are several bus stops adjacent to the apartment, and the central Queen’s Beach station is just a couple blocks away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Sea Point Promenade – which is just across the road – is a great for a morning walk or run, and bicycle rentals are also available. In terms of security, there is a groundskeeper onsite 24/7. There is also a Police station across the road, next to the ticket kiosk at the Sea Point Pool, however, Sea Point tends to be a relatively safe neighborhood. Sea Point is a vibrant upmarket oceanfront community that has experienced a revival in recent years, with trendy shops, coworking options, and restaurants adding to the hip-but-relaxed urban oceanfront vibe. We are 30 mins drive from the Cape Winelands, 20 mins from the airport, 10 minutes from Camps Bay beach, 5 minutes from the Table Mountain cableway, and the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Convention Centre is in walking distance. Only one block away, The Cape Quarter newly restored heritage site, is home to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, museums and piazza entertainment - set amongst the quaint cobbled stoned tree lined avenues of the historical Cape Malay area. Camps Bay Beach is a 10 min drive and the cable car to the top of Table Mountain is also a 10 min drive. Guests access the entire apartment, private balcony, shared swimming pool and barbecue area, reception area and resident's parking garage accessed directly from the lift. I do not live on the premises. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums. Venture out to Bo Kaap nearby and explore its cobblestone streets, green spaces, and rooftop lounges. Both areas are within walking distance of the city centre.

We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. Everything is walkable and very convenient—beaches, shops, restaurants, and so on. The promenade is just a few hundred meters away, and is perfect for an early morning jog or evening sunset walk. Walk, bike, taxi or local buses, but everything is very close by. Travel crib can be set up upon request if you are travelling with babies or toddlers.
