The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. Estando quase sempre disponível achámos que fazia todo o sentido partilhá-lo com outras pessoas. Acolhe 2 hóspedes. Tem duas camas individuais que se podem juntar. Pequena cozinha com frigorifico, micro-ondas, lava-louça e possibilidade de confeccionar refeições ligeiras numa placa no exterior.

This is an ample 3 bedroom apartment, in the 5th and last level of a private condominium, with elevator, with a large terrace facing the ocean and Marina Oeiras. The house has a lot of natural light and has all the utilities you need to have a comfortable stay. We also have all accessories for a baby. Excellent location between Lisbon and Cascais, situated near academic institutions and investigation center. The train station is just in front of the building.

Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
