Con una terraza-mirador de 180º de vistas al Mediterráneo, la vega de Salobreña, los tejados del Casco histórico, y las montañas de Sierra Neveda . Casa totalmente reformada con casi 100 años de historia, se ha intentado conservar los detalles que la hacen única, como los suelos o las vigas de madera. La casa está en pleno casco histórico pero a 3 minutos andando del centro del pueblo. Tiene una terraza preciosa de unos 50 metros.
