This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

Old Kerry Farmhouse in tranquil valley setting

The property was recently renovated to make holiday- makers as comfortable as possible without loosing the essential character of the house. The large airy kitchen, with fitted and free-standing units retains its farmhouse feel but is well stocked with all the essentials. The Old Post Office (Urhan)

We have refurbished this fabulous old building in Urhan using local craftsmen. The building was originally a national school for many years from 1884. It then became a post office and shop for over 40 years. There are fabulous views of the sea at the front and views of the mountains at the rear of the property. It is very close to the Urhan Pub (less than 100 metres) so you can wander down for a pint of Guinness or a glass of wine and take in the breath-taking views of Coulagh bay.
