This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

The unit has a private entrance and deck with a beautiful scenic view. It is within a 10 minute drive to Hamilton Shopping Mall, Chattanooga restaurants and only 20 minutes away from downtown and Lookout Mountain tourist attractions. A wonderful place to relax, have privacy and unwind!

Anchor Acres Guest House

This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
