Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

It features panoramic windows with mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, an English-style leather double sofa bed, and a kitchen on the lower floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed featuring a double sleeping space at the bottom.
